Due to the nature of our products (fresh and prepared food), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply once the order has been processed or shipped, for health and hygiene reasons.
If you receive an incorrect product or it arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will offer a full refund or a replacement.
